The bill (Reg.
No. 8684) amends nine legislative acts to implement state policy in the sphere
of civil protection by arranging due legal and organizational principles of
supplying resources (human, material-technical) to the system of civil
protection if martial law or emergency rule is declared and targeted
mobilization is proclaimed.
It is suggested that the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine fix investigative jurisdiction in case of draft evasion from civil protection service in special period, during emergency rule, or in the event of targeted mobilization.
The committee members believe that adoption of the bill will support protection of the population and territories from emergency situations in peace-time and special period.
